Social Media Content Creator/Manager

We are excited to offer a dynamic opportunity to join By Lucia. Since our founding, we've achieved impressive growth, and we're now looking to expand our creative team with a talented and versatile Content Creator & Social Media Manager.
This role focuses on creating authentic, engaging content that showcases both our brand and our founder's journey. You'll work closely with our founders to capture behind-the-scenes moments, develop compelling social media content, and help build the By Lucia brand.
What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation
Capture authentic, behind-the-scenes moments of the business and founder's journey
Work closely with the founder to develop content that showcases her personal brand and vision
Create engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
Identify opportunities for creative, viral-worthy content that resonates with our audience
Produce high-quality reels, vlogs, and posts that align with our brand voice
Shadow the founder to document day-in-the-life content that offers insight into the brand's story
Repurpose content effectively across different platforms to maximize reach
Social Media Management
Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar aligned with business goals
Monitor trends and audience engagement to refine our social media strategy
Collaborate with other team members to ensure content supports overall objectives
Lead brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns that amplify our brand
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
General Support
Be an adaptable team player in our growing business

Who We're Looking For
A creative content producer with experience in social media management
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects
A self-motivated individual with an eye for trends and a passion for storytelling
Experience with growing an e-commerce brand in fashion/accessories would be a great plus.
A detail-oriented professional with high standards for quality
An innovative thinker who can translate brand values into engaging content
